Welcome to Bishops Cleeve Bowling Club

Bishops Cleeve Bowling Club is a friendly, welcoming outdoor bowls club established in 2005. We have around 150 members, made up of bowlers and social members. During the summer season we play in area leagues, have friendly matches and take part in county and national competitions. We also run our own series of internal club competitions. We have a Men’s section and a Ladies’ section.

Our green is a pleasure to play on, and its position beneath the back-drop of Cleeve Hill makes for a very beautiful location.

This year is our 20th Anniversary, and we are looking forward to an excellent season!

During the winter, we have a lively social calendar, and we play short mat with internal competitions and we also participate in the area league.

Our social nights are Monday from 6pm and Friday from 6pm. If you are interested in joining the club, you can email: secretarybcbc@outlook.com, or simply turn up on a social night, and you will be made most welcome.
